Irish Collegiate Esports Presents: Overwatch Schism 2019

GAME DAY

Streams of the Overwatch Collegiate Championship will be played on Tuesdays at 8.30pm.

We will ask one team per round to be available to be streamed at the set time each week.

All other teams can arrange their games to suit the teams involved.

PRIZES

The 1st place prize for this tournament will be: €200
The 2nd place prize for this tournament will be: €100

Not only do we have cash prizes, but our top teams will also get the first crack at all the fantastic opportunities that we have coming down the pipeline!                            

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

The first thing every player on any team, for any game, needs to do is register an account on this website. This is important for tracking payouts, competitive sanction, eliminating smurfing and accounting sharing. You can register/login at this link.

Once you have an account on this website, your team captain can buy your ticket from the ICE shop.

ENTRY COST

The entry cost for this tournament will be €12.30 per player.
Subs will be allowed to enter free of charge.        

STRUCTURE & DIVISIONS

The Summer Schism will be a one-division tournament.

WHO CAN COMPETE IN THIS TOURNAMENT?

In all games, all players must be a registered student or alumni in Ireland (Republic or North).

Students attending the larger Universities such as:

Trinity College – University College Dublin – Dublin City University – University College Cork – University of Limerick
Queens University Belfast – University of Ulster – Technological University Dublin – National University of Ireland, Galway+GMIT and Maynooth University

Must have 5/6 players attending the same University

Any other College may need a minimum of 3 players from the same College and can use students from any other college not in the list above.

Alumni –
Students who have graduated in the last 2 years will be eligible to compete but can only represent the college they graduated from.
